About this work…
Drawing on 30 years as a clinician and leader — including guiding organizations through periods of large-scale growth, crisis, and change — I offer consultation for individuals and organizations who want more than conventional coaching or strategy advice.
My approach braids trauma-informed practice, intergenerational and organizational dynamics, and psychodynamic insight into the work of leading, deciding, and building.
